She is the one who truly makes it happen. Every day, we try to respond with humility to what we see, bringing into the studio the behavior of lichens, fungi, bromeliads, the local pimenta-roda, and the restinga vines that the tide sets free and leaves upon the sand.
Everything becomes part of our visual vocabulary and our process. I am happy to be in such a magical place, where I always encounter surprises: new ways of looking, new visions, new perceptions.
